I enrolled in a trial on Readly, a magazine subscription service. As I wrote
Many magazines are available in English, such as Wired, Time and National Geographic. I scan several articles and it is not so bad so far. I do not fully understand their contents due to my lack of vocabulary and phrases(?), but I believe it will be a good practice. I read about “quiet quitters” and the concept seems similar to the person hoping to leave the workplace at their designated time. I learned that I am the millennial generation (Gen Y). Knowing those words is quite interesting to me.
Unsatisfactory, Google Translate does not work and I need to type out words I do not understand. In a positive perspective, I have to remember new terms if I would love to read fluently.
