いつも Lancule を読んでくださっている皆さまへ。
しばらく更新が止まっていましたが、近日中によりあらためて以前のようにブログを再開します。

まず初めに、このサイトを訪れ続けてくださった皆さまに、心から感謝をお伝えしたいです。
アクセス数や検索流入が以前より大きく伸びていたことに気づき、「待ってくれている読者がいる」という事実が、再開を決意する大きな力になりました。本当にありがとうございます。

■ 最近の生活と、再開に至った理由

ここ1年、研究・授業・プロジェクトが重なり、なかなか記事を書く時間を取れずにいました。
博士課程の学び、インストラクションデザインの研究、小学校英語の教材開発、国際交流（COIL）の取り組みなど、日々の活動はとても充実していましたが、その分アウトプットの場が後回しになってしまっていました。

その一方で、教育現場でも大学でも「AIをどう使えば授業がよくなるのか？」「子どもたちが英語をもっと楽しく学ぶには？」という相談を受ける機会が急増しています。

こうした日々の実践や研究の気づきをきちんと届けたい——
そんな思いから、ブログの再開を決めました。

■ サイトを大幅リニューアルします

ブログ再開に合わせて、サイトを全面的にアップデートします。

  • 小学校英語の授業づくり
  • 発音・スピーキング指導
  • ICT・生成AIの活用法
  • 国際交流（COIL）
  • 研究・プロジェクトの紹介
  • 使える教材（ワークシート・PPT・指導案）

これらを、より見やすく、探しやすく、実践に使いやすい形に整えていきます。

これまでのブログを「読むサイト」から、
これからは “先生の授業と研究を支えるサイト” に進化させていきます。

■ 今後の記事は 日本語と英語の両言語 に対応します

Lancule はこれから、国内外の先生・研究者の双方がアクセスできるプラットフォームにしていきます。

そのため今後の記事の多くは——

  • 日本語（現場の先生・ICT担当の方向け）
  • 英語（国際共同研究・教育DX界隈の方向け）

の両方で読めるようにしていきます。

国境を越えた学び合いが自然に生まれるような場にできればと思っています。

■ 更新ペースについて

無理のない範囲で、しかし継続して、
「役に立つ・実践できる・研究につながる」内容を発信していきます。

  • 授業で使える具体的な教材
  • AIを活用した授業改善のヒント
  • 研究での気づき
  • 海外大学院での学び
  • 子どもたちの実践から見える知見

こうした内容を中心に、定期的に更新します。

📝 Announcement: Resuming the Blog & What’s Coming Next for Lancule

To all readers of Lancule—thank you for your continued support.

Although the blog has been quiet for a while, I am happy to announce that updates will resume starting today.
Your steady visits and the growing traffic to the site have been incredibly encouraging. Knowing that there are readers who find value here gave me the motivation to return to writing. Thank you so much.

Recent Life Updates & Why I Decided to Restart This Blog

Over the past few months, my schedule has been filled with doctoral research, lesson design, classroom applications of ICT and generative AI, and international COIL projects. These experiences have been incredibly meaningful, but they also reduced the time I had for public writing.

At the same time, I’ve been receiving more questions from teachers, students, and fellow researchers, such as:

  • “How can we use AI effectively in the classroom?”
  • “How can children enjoy learning English more?”

I felt the need for a space where I could respond to these questions and share ongoing insights more openly. That is why I decided to restart this blog.

A Major Site Renewal Is Coming

Along with this relaunch, Lancule will undergo a significant redesign.

The new structure will make it easier to navigate and will highlight:

  • Lesson design for elementary English
  • Pronunciation and speaking activities
  • Practical uses of ICT and generative AI
  • International exchange and COIL initiatives
  • Research projects and academic updates
  • Ready-to-use teaching materials (worksheets, lesson plans, PPT, etc.)

My goal is to transform Lancule into a site that truly supports teachers and researchers in their daily work.

Future Posts Will Be Published in Both Japanese and English

To make Lancule a platform for educators around the world, many upcoming posts will be available in both languages.

  • Japanese: for teachers and educators in Japan
  • English: for international researchers, partners, and collaborators

I hope this bilingual approach helps build global connections in education.
